What's included

Every feature is unlocked on the trial:

You get the full Pro feature set for 14 days.

The catch: tiny caps

The trial has small numeric caps so you get a real feel for the product without using it as a free production tool:

When you hit a cap, an upgrade prompt appears. Existing data is never touched - caps only block new additions.

How to start the trial

No card details required. You won't be charged anything during the trial.

Trial countdown

While you're on the trial, the current-plan card on the billing page shows how many days you have left. The countdown updates in real time on each page load.

When you're down to 1 day the message changes to make sure you notice.

When the countdown hits 0, on the day the trial ends, the message says "Trial ends today - pick a plan to keep your data alive."

What happens at the end

When trial_ends_at passes:

• Your effective plan collapses to Starter.
• Features above Starter lock - digital takeoff button greys out, flashings page shows the upgrade splash, material orders disappears from the nav.
• Your data is preserved. Components, flashings, quotes, customers - none of it is deleted.
• Storage limit drops to Starter's 200 MB. If you exceed it, uploads block but existing files remain accessible (subject to the long-term retention policy).

To resume full functionality you just pick a paid plan and your account upgrades immediately.

One trial per company, forever

You can only activate the trial once per company. Once you've ever had a Stripe customer record (i.e. you've ever subscribed to a paid plan), the Trial card on the billing page changes to "Trial unavailable" and is disabled.

Frequently asked

Can I extend the trial? No, but if you need a few extra days for a genuine reason, contact support.

Will I be charged when the trial ends? No. The trial requires no card. When it ends you collapse to Starter (still works - just fewer features). You only pay if you actively pick a paid plan.

Can I export my data if I don't want to continue? Yes - your quotes and customer data stay accessible. Each quote has a download option, and material orders can be exported from the orders page. For a full data export contact support.

What if I started the trial then immediately decide to pay? Click any paid plan's Choose button. You go through Stripe checkout, the launch discount applies automatically, and your subscription starts on the spot.
