Picking a plan
- Sign up for an account.
- Go to Account > Billing.
- Compare plans in the grid - click View on any plan for the full feature breakdown.
- Click Choose <plan> on the plan you want and complete the Stripe checkout.
Your account activates within a few seconds of payment being confirmed, and the 30-day money-back window starts from your first payment.
Upgrading, downgrading, and cancelling
- Upgrade or downgrade - use Manage subscription on the billing page to open the Stripe customer portal. Stripe applies the prorated difference immediately.
- Cancel - click Cancel subscription in the portal. You keep paid features until the end of your current billing period, and your data is never deleted.
- Reactivate - pick any paid plan from Account > Billing at any time.

Will I be charged during the first 30 days? Yes - you pay when you subscribe. If you request a refund within 30 days, you get your money back in full.
Can I switch plans mid-period? Yes. Switches happen through the Stripe customer portal and are prorated automatically.
Can I export my data if I don't want to continue? Yes - your quotes and customer data stay accessible. Each quote has a download option, and material orders can be exported from the orders page. For a full data export contact support.
